DIVISION I – SCHOOL EXHIBITS
1. This division includes only the five Baker County
schools and the Baker
County Family
Service Center.
2. All exhibits must be approved by the School Exhibit
Committee.
3. Students will be responsible for booth content and
design.
DIVISION II – COMMUNITY EXHIBITS
1. This division includes all clubs and non-profit
organizations, such as 4-H, FFA, Division of Forestry, Keep Tri-Counties
Beautiful etc.
2. All booths are 64 sq ft and measure 8x8.
3. Electricity will be supplied, but exhibitors must
supply their own extension cords.
4. All exhibits must be kept in the allotted booth
area.
DIVISION III – COMMERCIAL EXHIBITS
1. This division is open to any exhibitor not meting
the qualifications of school or community divisions.
2. All booths are 64 sq. ft. and measure 8’x8’.
3. Electricity will be supplied, but exhibitors must
supply their own extension cords.
All exhibits must be kept in the allotted both area
4-H DISPLAYS & ACTIVITIES
1. Exhibitors must be bona fide Baker County
4-H Club members.
2. Entries must be the work of the individual and
completed within the last twelve (12) months. Entries should be related to 4-H
project work.
3. Please see General Rules for Home Arts for all
rules regarding entries, as well as exact dates and times for bringing entries.
Entries must be entered and removed
during the published standard entry times.
4. Displays may be no larger than 3’x2’x3’(LxWxH)
5. Youth ages 5-7 years old will not be judged in
competition. Therefore, they will be awarded participation ribbons.
AWARDS- Blue $3 - Red $2 – White $1 – Participation $1
